Mortgage Servicing Assistant (Administrative)

What You'll Do:
Provide clerical support to Mortgage Servicing Department. Coordinate record imaging and tracking for the department. Obtain and verify trailing documents needed for completion of loan file. Provide exceptional, efficient, and accurate internal and external support.

  • Compensation: $15.79 - $17.45 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What's Needed For This Position:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent  
  • Must be bondable  
  • Strong working knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines  
  • Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-interruption environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and Royal's digital platforms  

We'd Love To See:

  • Experience working for a financial institution, including mortgage loan experience  

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Hours and shifts vary between 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Training:

  • Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.  
  • Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
