Associate Inbound Analyst (Administrative)



Job Summary

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Collect and analyze inbound freight data to evaluate trends and results. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and prioritize inbound receiving for multiple Medline distribution centers.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze purchase order data and information in ZAPPT/Catalyst for use in planning effective inbound receiving.

- Schedule daily inbound receiving and workload for 100+ receiving team members across several distribution centers.

- Resolve inbound delivery issues with carriers and distribution centers – rescheduling and reprioritizing inbound shipments as needed.

- Serve as point of contact for the carriers and generate reports and documentation for them as needed.

- Maintain data accuracy in systems and tools utilized.

Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

Relevant Work Experience:

- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling)

- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access (for example: designing and creating simple queries, modifying data types, adding dates, working with required fields and/or creating labels).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$59,280.00 - $85,800.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
