IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER (Finance)



Project Leadership

  • Own and drive the full lifecycle of CRM implementations—from initial planning through stabilization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently achieved.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies across all workstreams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, delivering structured communication and white-glove support.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, technical teams, and operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Conduct on-site visits, as needed, to support launches, deliver training, and address escalations.

Technical Coordination

  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable integration and configuration tasks for development teams.
  • Oversee and perform QA on technical implementations, including data migrations, API integrations, and UI workflows.
  • Monitor system dependencies and provide real-time troubleshooting to ensure project continuity.

Change Management & Training

  • Drive adoption through structured hypercare, UAT facilitation, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Develop and maintain scalable internal enablement materials and process documentation.

Flexibility & Availability

  • Travel as needed to support key project milestones and client engagements.
  • Remain available for occasional evening or weekend work during go-lives, escalations, or critical deployments

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Strong technical acumen with expertise in CRM architecture, API workflows, and data schemas.
  • Proven project management skills (Agile/Scrum preferred; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and solution design across operational and technical functions.
  • Highly organized with a process improvement mindset and strong documentation skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

Experience Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in implementation, program management, or systems integration.
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects or large-scale launches.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with development, support, product, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-40%, with flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work when required.
  • In-office presence required three days per week at the Tempe, AZ office.
