Proven ability to lead field teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality technical support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical expertise and facilitation for complex technical issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• SHIFT: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm with rotational on-call responsibility
