What You'll Do:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in the movement, storage, and organization of goods within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.

  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials
  • Handle inbound and outbound shipments, including raw materials, unfinished goods, and finished products
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and perform basic maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Support warehouse inventory control by tracking materials and reporting any discrepancies
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the inventory control and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and support ongoing process improvements

What You Bring:
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, forklift safety standards, and material handling procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of your shift
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse inventory systems and cycle count procedures
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and communicate effectively across departments
  • Comfortable working in high-volume distribution or logistics settings

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics facility
  • Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain certification prior to start)
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various warehouse conditions
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,600.00 - $57,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
