ISC Production Supervisor (Finance)

In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell by driving production performance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee production processes, ensure goals are met efficiently, maintain quality and safety standards, lead a team, manage resources, and implement improvements. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• Willingness to work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule that includes work on days, nights, weekends and holidays
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and industrial safety standards and processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze production data and make data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Management experience in a Union environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
