Sr Program Specialist (Finance)

As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing key programs that drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the organization. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and execution of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
