We're looking for an Associate Brand Director to lead the charge in building the next generation of growth for Tasty

Bite across the US & Canada. This is a role for someone who's excited by both strategy and execution. You'll develop

the strategic cell value creation strategy and go to market plans, own marketing plan development and

implementation, partner on the innovation masterplan, and deliver value creation plans.

This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing. It requires very senior stakeholder management including the

North America Food Management Team as well as Global President and Global Chief Marketing Officer. It has 1 direct

report and 1 dotted line report, responsibility for US & Canadian business, and a dotted line cross functional team. The

role works cross-functionally in a matrix environment across all functions - R&D, Sales, Supply, Finance, etc.

What are we looking for?

  • Undergrad degree; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years of marketing and brand management experience with successful food brands
  • Ability to operate successfully in a "start-up" environment; ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial / founder's mindset and experience working on insurgent brands

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Be an enterprise business leader of the brand: Own and manage the P&L, including topline and bottom line,
  • collaborate with full enterprise (Supply, Commercial, Demand Planning, Sales) on the Tasty Bite demand forecast and
  • identify corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with sales to drive Tasty Bite category story, sell-in TB value creation and role model best in class One Demand Partnership
  • Lead the Tasty Bite 3-year value creation plan and annual operating plans process.
  • Design and implement long-term and annual Marketing Plans to deliver the growth and earnings expectations. •
  • Liaise across the global marketing team to design and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with our Brand Essence and Guidelines. •
  • Use market research and business analytics to enhance brand awareness, household penetration, consumer offtake. •
  • Deliver robust innovation 3 year pipeline while championing a Test, Build, Scale innovation model for the organization •
  • Lead new product launches through collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales. •
  • Lead packaging development projects on core + Innovation •
  • Provide strategic direction on media and content briefing, eCommerce and Digital first growth plans •
  • Serve as a brand steward to ensure the marketing strategy and positioning is accurately represented in all marketing activities and materials. •
  • Develop and engage 1 direct report across key Marketing and Leadership competencies
  • Lead and build a high performing Tasty Bite cross-functional team •
  • Ensure a culture of trust, open communication and sustained performance

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
