Administrative Support Representative (Administrative)



Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Administration Support team! You will assist with various departmental functions, including sales order entry, billing, working with internal employees and customer service. Successful candidates will have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain service tickets.
  • Manage customer follow up.
  • Perform Billing, Credit, Audit, and other Administration functions as required.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in daily office functions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with internal and external customers.
  • Cross-train with other departments to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Provide Daily phone back up, entering customer service orders accurately.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two or more years of administrative, customer service, or billing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
