Field Engineer (Engineering)



Job Description:
A Field Engineer will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing day to day field task that will help with our internal documentation.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:Developing detailed project plans with field leaders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project activities align with established goals and timelines.Documentation:Maintaining accurate project records, Including daily logs, daily work plans, Progress reports (QTYS) from Field team and As-Built drawings.Time entry into Sage:team member can support with accurate time entry of hours and QTYs per task/activity/ Building/Phase ETC.Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.Quality Assurance:Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards through regular inspections and testing. FE will work closely with our Onsite QA/QC Manager to support with deliverables/ documentation.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.Scope Review:Understanding of our WGC scope of work and responsible subcontractors SOW.Weekly 360-degree PicturesLogging our Field Daily Reports into Procore at the end of each shiftCross Training With our PE teamAssisting with PMPO Material delivery check-in ProcessDevelopment of weekly Progress report Percent CompletesKnowledge of WBS (workbook breakdown structure)

Job Qualifications:
2-3 years documented work in commercial or industrial electricalKnowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and construction practicesAbility to identify issues quickly and develop practical solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholdersNEC /Code Compliance knowledge is a requirement
