Human Resources Intern (Human Resources)
Perform rotational assignments through all departments. The timeframe is TBD
Comprehend the scope, scale, and complexity of the company and our clients' industries.
Interact with Supervisors & Managers from all departments. These include
Estimating, Scheduling, Account Management, Programming/File Processing, Digital Print, Embossing, Finishing/Folding, Mailroom, and Warehouse.
Responsible for reports documenting production results, such as On-Time Delivery, Quality Summaries, Repair Performance and other established performance to goals and subsequent recommendations
Identify efficiencies to improve the function and performance
Reviews results of programming changes for efficacy; makes or recommends further adaptations as needed for continual improvement.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
