Plant Foreman (Maintenance)

We are seeking a Plant Foreman for County Prestress at our Roberts, WI location.

Job Duties:
Manages, trains and assists in developing schedules for production teamSupervises all production activitiesEnsures product quality, expectations and goals are metEnsures preventative maintenance tasks are performedEnsures safe work environmentCoordinates with vendors to maintain manufacturing suppliesAssists or fills in for production team as needed, tasks may be as follows:
Performs general manual labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobOther tasks as needed

Work Environment:
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsWork in a noisy environment

Physical Requirements:
Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds occasionallyCarrying/Lifting > 40 Pounds occasionallyStanding / Walking / ClimbingSquatting/Crouching/Kneeling/BendingPushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder

Experience & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.4-6 years of related experience.Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.Exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operationAbility to perform well as a teamSelf-motivator and must be flexible in order to accommodate needs of your team.Safety minded when performing tasksAbility and willingness to learn and be trained
