ISC Production Supervisor (Finance)



As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee production operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality output within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our Production Manager, and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of production operations, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell by meeting production targets and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee production operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality output within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization.   • 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
  • Experience in welding (preferably aluminum), fabrication (ASME pressure vessel fabrication, etc.), heat exchangers, boilers
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S +1 and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles within a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Implement process improvements and operational best practices to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Occasional weekend work may be required
