Social Engagement Manager (Marketing)
As the Social Engagement Manager, you will lead the team responsible for organic content planning and publishing, social listening, and community management of Best Buy's social channels. You will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and platform advancements and monitoring the competitive landscape as you lead the development and execution of Best Buy's organic social strategy. You will leverage your social expertise to develop a social editorial calendar and direct your team on how to engage with and respond to customers in alignment with our brand purpose, vision, and priorities.
