A Shift DC Trainer Support (Finance)



Role: DC Trainer Support

Reports To: CI Assistant Manager

Location: Mooresville, IN

The Role

The role of a DC trainer support is to assist with training of new personnel.

They are to demonstrate knowledge of department processes and become subject matter experts in their assigned area. As part of the DC training team, the support role will be involved with patterning alongside departmental leadership to ensure training is to all incoming associates. The DC Trainer Support role necessitates obtaining approval in at least 2 areas within the initial 15-30 days, aligning with the specifications in the DC Trainer Profile. Moreover, the DC Trainer Support should possess the ability to proficiently showcase and execute basic-level Excel tasks, encompassing fundamental navigation, data input, uncomplicated formulas, and rudimentary formatting.

Your Impact

  • Assist in the training of new associates.
  • Approved in at least 2 areas within the first 15-30 days, as outlined in the DC Trainer Profile.
  • Capable of demonstrating and performing basic level Excel work, including basic navigation, data entry, simple formulas, and basic formatting.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively.

  • Warehouse experience
  • Training experience
  • RF experience
  • Computer literacy

Required Competencies

  • The ability to adapt in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to understand WMS systems Oracle and High-Jump training.
  • Ability to understand job functions in the DC and deliver through training.
  • Ability to communicate in English/Spanish.
  • Basic Excel skills
