Marketing Manager (Finance)

Position Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead all digital marketing initiatives for our rapidly growing Facility Services company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our website, social media channels, digital collateral, and overarching digital marketing strategy. Your mission is to enhance our digital presence, engage our target audience, and drive measurable business growth through best-in-class digital marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across all digital channels.
  • Website Management:Oversee the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO) and conversion.
  • Social Media Leadership:Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Content & Collateral Development:Lead the creation and distribution of digital collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and video content.
  • Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, PPC, display ads, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (KPIs, ROI, website traffic, conversion rates, etc.), using data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Brand Consistency:Ensure consistent brand messagingand visual identity across all digital and collateral materials.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, creative) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Trends & Innovation:Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to our digital strategy.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in managing websites, social media, and digital campaigns. Experience in the Facility Services, B2B, or related industry is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:High level of proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to:
    • Website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
    • Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
    • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
    • Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
    • SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console)
    • Graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
  • Leadership:Proven ability to lead digital marketing projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage external vendors.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Analytical Mindset:Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data to optimize digital marketing performance and drive business results.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range:$100,000 - $120,000
  • Annual Corporate Bonus Target: $10,000
