About the Opportunity:

Shermco Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LMS Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our Learning Management System, Zensai (LMS365). This role is critical to maintaining seamless learning experiences across the organization, supporting both employees and instructors, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration & Content Management

• Manage daily operations and backend administration of the LMS (Zensai)
• Maintain and update training records and user profiles
• Schedule courses, upload training materials, and manage certifications in coordination with instructors
• Oversee enrollment (manual and automated) based on job roles and business needs
• Stay current with LMS best practices and recommend process or system enhancements

Technical Support & User Assistance

• Serve as the first point of contact for LMS-related technical issues or user questions
• Support learners, instructors, and managers in navigating the system and accessing content
• Partner with IT and HR to ensure a smooth LMS onboarding experience for new hires
• Manage day-to-day communication and inbox for LMS inquiries

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate and analyze reports on training participation, completions, and compliance
• Deliver relevant data and insights to departmental leaders and stakeholders
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement through user feedback and data trends

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in LMS administration or related learning and development support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams), and comfort navigating technical platforms
• Experience with Zensai (LMS365), SCORM, or Articulate preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to user experience
