What You'll Get to Do
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP to lead our digital transformation efforts focused on growth. This includes eCommerce, sales force enablement and productivity, marketing automation, pricing optimization, customer 360 analytics, and leveraging relevant AI technologies. The VP role requires both strategic thought leadership as well as executing the development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions aimed at the entire funnel, all the way from increasing awareness to ensuring sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have deep experience working closely with the digital marketing and RevOps teams with demonstrated success in B2B companies (including exposure-experience in configured products). Tech expertise to include CRM, MarTech, eCommerce, Pricing technologies, project management, CDP, MAP and AI powered automation to drive revenue growth.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Lead cross-functional strategy for customer-facing, digital acquisition, and sales enablement technologies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee project execution from planning through adoption, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable outcomes.
  • Architect end-to-end eCommerce solutions to enhance B2B customer experience, driving digital growth and self-service capabilities.
  • Own MarTech and CRM strategy, leveraging AI to enable dynamic content, segmentation, sales automation, and full-funnel visibility.
  • Champion pricing optimization in partnership with pricing teams, applying advanced strategies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive customer data integration and predictive analytics for actionable insights across marketing, sales, and service operations.
  • Advance AI adoption through high-impact use cases across sales, service, and marketing to improve productivity and engagement.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture, aligning tech strategy with the customer journey from awareness to service.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in customer technologies, eCommerce, RevOps, commercial finance, marketing technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • 10+ years of experience setting up and leveraging cost effective operating models (on-site: near-shore: off-shore)
  • Proven experience managing and delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Vendavo, Magento, Hybris, SAP Sales Cloud, AWS, HubSpot, Google analytics, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
