Nursing Supervisor (Overnight) **$10,000 Sign-on Bonus Available** (Transportation)
Provide clinical oversight and day-to-day leadership for direct care staff and nurses.
Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in executing care plans and regulatory compliance.
Step in as nursing leadership when DON is unavailable--keeping care seamless and resident-centered.
Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure integrated, high-quality service delivery.
Drive Engagement & Clinical Excellence:
Conduct regular rounds to check on residents, support staff, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coach and mentor new nurses and CNAs to build skill, confidence, and consistency.
Participate in QA initiatives, chart audits, and infection control practices.
Help address concerns from residents and families with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure Safe, Effective, and Compliant Care:
Monitor staff scheduling, documentation, and follow-through on resident care plans.
Support orientation, training, and ongoing competency for nursing team members.
Collaborate with HR and leadership on compliance, safety, and performance initiatives.
Respond to emergency situations with calm leadership and clinical know-how.
