Janitor - Night - PDX (Maintenance)

Cleaning:
Assure that all the following tasks are performed to meet janitorial industry standardsTrashing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Sweeping, Mopping, Cart Maintenance, Restroom Cleaning/Showers, Daily Carpet SpottingFurniture, Glass and Outside Cleaning
Tools/Equipment:
Assure all tools assigned are in good and safe operating orderMaintain a safe and orderly storage system for tools and suppliesMaintain a working knowledge of materials and equipment used by RR
Safety and Security:
Maintain assigned work area to promote safety and efficiencyAssure that emergency procedures are followed (i.e. fire alarms, emergency evacuation)Maintain a working knowledge of fire prevention and reporting procedure
The Benefits:
