As a COTA at Las Colinas, you'll work under the guidance of our licensed Occupational Therapists to:
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions that promote independence and recovery
- Assist residents with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and daily living skills
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Bring creativity, empathy, and energy to every session
- Valid COTA certification and California licensure
- A heart for service and a passion for helping others thrive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus!
