Lead ISC Project Management Specialist (Finance)



As a Lead ISC Project Management Specialist - Training Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the management and coordination of production operations training program that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Your focus will be on creating engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals and support employee growth within the production team. You will report directly to our Director of Chemical Plant Operations, and you'll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively, thereby contributing to overall productivity and success.YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination or a related field within a production environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in manpower scheduling within a production environment.
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve training objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases of operator training within the production operations.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of various departments.
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
