Program Manager, Youth Transition Services (Project Management)

Reporting to the Director of Youth Transition Services, the Program Manager will be responsible for the operational success of the youth transition services programs in Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Montgomery County and Prince Georges County ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, quality control, and evaluation.
