Project Scheduler (Finance)

Description

Qualis LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to support our government customer at Kirtland AFB, NM.

Essential Duties:

• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project.

• Perform schedule analysis, critical path, and risk assessments.

• Provide schedule status reports, forecasts, and metrics to leadership.

• Align schedules with WBS, cost accounts, and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements.

• Support program reviews, audits, and government reporting.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Must have an active Secret clearance and the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret clearance.

• Must have experience with building and maintaining complex schedules in MS Project

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other scheduling packages.
• Experience with Air Force programs, especially those serving nuclear weapons or nuclear capable platforms.

• PMP, PMI-SP, or DAU certification
