CDP Technical Product Lead-Hybrid (Architecture)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join Cigna's Customer Data Platform Product team as a Technical Product Lead where they will be hands-on-keyboard and responsible for building CDP interactions, up-skilling existing talent from across the enterprise, and influencing the CDP's strategic roadmap.
Our CDP is used to unify data from around the enterprise to drive personalized, meaningful interactions with our millions of members so they're able to get the healthcare experience they deserve.
What You'll Be Doing
The CDP Technical Product Lead is our hands-on-keyboard resource focused on product enablement by helping up-skill resources on the CDP while partnering with them on interaction builds and overall product usage. They'll also serve a key role on the Product Team as a SME of our Customer Data Platform by influencing our CDP strategy and roadmap. You can expect your week-to-week experience at Cigna to involve:
Relevant Skillset
