As an Annuities Internal Wholesaler, you will work in the corporate office and be partnered with an External Wholesaler for a specific geographic sales territory covering independent broker dealer channel. Together, you will be responsible for increasing revenue throughout your territory by creating and managing relationships with financial professionals - helping them grow their business while promoting Prudential's Variable Annuities solutions.

The current Employee Work Arrangement for this opening is Hybrid. The employee will work 3 days a week at a Prudential location in Newark, NJ, Dresher, PA, or Shelton, CT. Employee will be required to attend or go into the office for any mandatory onsite/offsite meetings/trainings. Employee Work Arrangement is the businesses decision and can be adjusted or changed for business reasons at any time.

What you can expect:

• Serve as the 'go-to' person for providing expert insight and product information to your network of financial professionals in the independent broker dealer channel so they can effectively offer Prudential solutions to their customers.
• Grow, develop, and manage your own territory's profitability through sales execution, marketing campaigns, business plans, and customer relationship management.
• Utilize telephone and virtual technologies to cultivate relationships with your clients by answering their questions, proactively engaging them in new opportunities, and becoming a true business partner.
• Foster peace of mind and stability by helping individuals find tangible solutions to their real-world financial needs.

What you'll need:

• 3-5 years of Financial Services sales experience preferred
• Financial Services experience required
• Ability to drive results and increase presence and market share
• Demonstrated knowledge of annuities and related concepts
• FINRA Series 6, 63 (or 7, 66) and State Insurance license required

It'd be a plus if you had:

• Internal sales experience preferred
• Experience with independent broker dealers is a plus
• Appetite for understanding market trends impacting the business with a desire to seek continuous improvement
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
