Residential Sales Manager (Sales)

As a Hall's Culligan Residential Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and team performance at the dealership. This role leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Sales Manager uses market insights and product expertise to shape strategy, partners with marketing to amplify sales efforts, and maintains a strong presence in the community to build brand visibility and local relationships. With a focus on accountability, development, and results, this role is key to the dealership's ongoing success.

Where you'll work:
Our Sales Managers spend their time both working in the dealership and regularly traveling throughout the assigned territory. Typically, the hours are flexible to accommodate business needs, customer meetings, and events. You can expect to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors under all weather conditions, and may occasionally work in industrial settings. Throughout the day, you'll spend extensive time driving, as well as getting in and out of your vehicle. The physical demands of this role include lifting, carrying and moving heavy items, standing, kneeling, and bending.
