The Opportunity

• Research and disseminate relevant market intelligence reports.
• Support the Senior Growth Operations Analyst in research and analytics to contribute to growth efforts and provide key insights. This includes assisting with model development, creating metric reports; and pulling, organizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights.
• Assist the Sr. Analyst and Growth Operations team to determine national growth strategy from a strategy and operations perspective while also influencing local decision-making.
• With guidance from Senior Growth Operations Analyst, create interactive maps within select software to leverage spatial and location data to support market strategy formulation surrounding prospecting and growth.
• Research leads and contract opportunities using databases, organic search methods, and other various data sources to qualify prior to distribution to Sales, assist prospecting efforts, and support conferences and meetings with clients.
• Support the development of business proposals and marketing content by pulling and analyzing hospital performance metrics of client sites or facilitating internal data requests.
• Support the creation of bi-annual reports on competitors that analyzes merger and acquisition activity, market trends, and developments that speak to positioning in the marketplace.
• Respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis, visualization creation, commentary, and recommendations as provided by the Senior Growth Operations Analyst.
• Monitor industry news through various mediums and disseminate relevant intel to Sales.
• Help to determine global growth strategy from a strategy and operations perspective while also influencing local decision-making.
• Work on day-to-day CRM related tasks and requests.
• Refine business processes and evaluate best practices for CRM implementation to enhance user experience and database maintenance.
• Exercise data hygiene practices proactively and as issues arise to ensure that the data across accounts and people records are accurate, reliable, and comprehensive.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and devising immediate and long-term solutions; facilitate IT service requests as needed.
• Partner with Growth Operations team members to build out the CRM environment, research and explore new CRM features and third-party apps, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT to develop, execute, and operationalize implementation plans.
• Create or update training material for CRM processes and related tools.
• Work on special projects as requested.
• With guidance from the Senior Growth Operations Analyst, help create dashboards and data visualizations to support internal clients. This includes assisting in the gathering of requirements, creating requirements documentation, designing and creating wireframes, and testing/validating reporting.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably working in Healthcare research and analytics, or growth/business development analysis OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that can display same level qualifications to successfully perform the role is required.
• 4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Excellent writing, research and analysis, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively lead project teams as well as work collaboratively as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish credibility with high-level management
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint
• Technologically sound; familiar with database manipulation, and telecommuting.
• Detail oriented, organized, and flexible individual able to perform multiple tasks with varying priorities under conditions requiring speed and accuracy.
• Quick learner, with the ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into clear copy or graphics.
• Maturity to strike a balance between showing initiative and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others.
• Develop a strong and detailed knowledge of the healthcare market as it relates to all practice lines, including data analytics, competitor analysis, hospital performance, and physician staffing and management.

The Salary range for this role is $29.19 - 36.49 per hour. Please speak with the recruiter for more information.
