Job Description

Job Title: Principals, Software Development

Job Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: $176,134 - $217,300 per year .

Job Duties: Design, develop, implement, maintain and support the Global CRM team.
Define application system requirements to solve complex business problems and write new application programs. Maintain and modify existing applications programs in accordance with Ingram Micro's chosen applications development standards and methodologies. Convert specifications and procedures into application and program solutions. Write and communicate program specifications. Resolve technical issues, analyze and develop solutions for Global CRM and application programs. Identify opportunities for development of new ideas to positively impact existing methods, services, or products. Maintain and modify existing application programs/configurations and write new programs/configurations. Develop specifications based on end-user/customer requirements and design/scope necessary tasks. Perform problem analysis, determine, and implement system solutions, escalate as appropriate to departmental management, and communicate resolutions to appropriate Information Technology management and support personnel. Work with MSCRM vendor on continuous application of enhancements and upgrades where applicable.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.

Telecommuting / working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
