Pharmacist Supervisor, First Shift, Infusion Administration (Finance)
UC Health is hiring a full-time Supervisor of Infusion Pharmacy Services at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center!
The Supervisor of Infusion Pharmacy Services will work with the System Director of Acute Care and Infusion Services and Manager of Infusion Pharmacy Services to supervise the day-to-day operations of the infusion pharmacies, while assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of workflow and services within the pharmacy. This position will work with the System Director of Acute Care and Infusion Services, Manager of Infusion Pharmacy Services and other pharmacy leadership on policies and procedures, formulary maintenance and regulatory/accreditation (e.g., ASHP; TJC; state agencies).
This position is the first of its kind and part of broader expansion of infusion pharmacy leadership as the service line continues to grow.

Unit Details:
Minimum Required: 1 Year equivalent experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to work successfully and productively in a team environment while handling multiple tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver solutions to complex problems, as well as proven analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high work-volume, multiple stake holder and constantly changing environment. Must be able to establish priorities and work independently. Ability to establish credibility and demonstrate decisiveness. Results and people-oriented with sound judgement.
The position requires computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite of products and the electronic medical record.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While the position will work in a normal office environment, travel to the various hospitals and work locations may be necessary. Work hours will vary from time to time depending upon the needs of the business. Regular and predictable on-site attendance is required for this position.

Expected starting salary range for this position is between $130K-160K.
The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant's years of experience, unique skills and abilities, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, and other requirements for the position.
