The Role
Prudential Financial is seeking a strategic Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Governance leader to advance and oversee the seamless and effective functioning of the Marketing organization in our digital marketing transformation journey. This role will lead a team that is responsible for spearheading and executing strategies aimed at elevating operational performance, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of excellence across the organization. We are looking for a change agent, with experience in change management, digital marketing transformation and operations management. This leader will ensure that we have the right operational framework for our culture and transformation. This role will also serve as the primary contact and in some cases, decision maker for marketing support, on behalf of the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer including budget, tactical business plans and goals, coordination of internal resources, response requests for information, and presentations. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical and project management skills, able to form relationships with senior executives, as well as internal and external partners, influence within and across organizations, and operate in a fast-paced business environment. This role will report to the Head of Marketing Technology and Operations who reports to the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer for US Businesses.
We are looking for a candidate with the ability to have a hybrid work arrangement, working 2 days a week out of one of our major office locations.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $180,600.00 to $244,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
