IT Support Specialist (Personal Services)

Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to support users across our many drug and alcohol and community re-entry locations with various IT issues via tickets, phone, email, and in-person. This position is also expected to configure and maintain equipment and many critical systems that are essential to day-to-day operations.
All activities must support the Firetree, Ltd. mission, strategic goals, and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed.
Provide general help desk support and troubleshooting to the users via ticket, email, phone, and in-person.Create and manage user accounts in an Active Directory environment.Image and deploy desktop and laptop computers running Windows, as well as additional software from Microsoft, our VoIP phone system provider, security cameras systems, and more.Troubleshoot basic networking, hardware, peripheral, and software issues.Hands-on repair of computer equipment as the need arises.Occasionally train users on the various software packages used throughout the company.Performs other duties as assigned.
