Director Program Management (Finance)
As a Director of Program Management here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing a team of program managers and ensuring the successful execution of programs. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs. You will report directly to our 1 and you will work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule.
In this role, you will impact comprehensive, encompassing strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data thoughtfulness, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team guidance, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
- Prior experience in a guiding or director-level role
- Strong guiding and people management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a global organization
- Experience in guiding large-scale program management teams
- Strong thoughtful and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Lead and oversee program management activities
- Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices
