Senior Benefits ADA Administrator (Project Management)



American Senior Communities is now hiring a Senior Benefits/ADA Administrator

The Senior Benefits/ADA Administrator coordinates and administers ADA/Accommodation and leave of absence processes. Assists with various employee benefit plans including life, health, dental, vision, disability insurances, and 401(k) plans.

  • Serves as the main point of contact for vendor relationships as it relates to ADA and Accommodations
  • Serves as the ADA coordinator for ASC employees, facilities, leadership, and business partners.
  • Monitors and maintains the ADA shared email box.
  • Responsible for Terminations and Status Changes
  • Monitors and maintains the Benefit shared email box.
  • Assists with LOA administration when needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with absence management and disability program and Workers' Compensation vendor partners. Resolve issues successfully.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Ensures compliance with Federal and State guidelines by staying abreast of current requirements and trends and communicating and implementing changes necessary to remain compliant.
  • Handles benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution. Maintains contact in person, and by phone or mail, with hospitals, physicians, insurance companies, employees, and beneficiaries to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and one to three years' experience in Benefits and/or leave/ADA Administration,
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in Benefits and/or LOA/ADA Administration may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
