Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and process requisitions, purchase orders, bids, proposals, and quotations for warehouse items, job site deliveries, and large purchases.
Receive, verify, and issue inventory items; maintain accurate records in inventory and purchasing systems.
Manage inventory levels for warehouse stock, PPE, safety supplies, and vending machines; assist with annual inventory.
Monitor, log, and report on inventory activity, including usage, dead stock, rentals, and tool transfers.
Coordinate with vendors, including sending RFQs, tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and negotiating terms.
Maintain purchasing documentation, change orders, and compliance with company standards.
Support and help oversee tool inventory using systems like Asset Panda; maintain and update tool lists.
Assist in managing fleet-related documentation, including insurance, gas cards, and registrations.
Supervise Purchasing Assistant and support oversight of inventory personnel; act on behalf of Purchasing Manager when needed.
Maintain and track contracts, and assist with logistics related to delivery, vehicles, and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
1 to 2 Years warehouse experience is preferred.
Must possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
Must possess excellent documentation and oral communication skills.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of the electrical industry.
Must possess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.
Must be intrinsically motivated, detail oriented and not accept second-best.
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Candidate must be self-motivated and flexible to accommodate changes in company business strategies.
