What You'll Do
Technology Management- Own all in-office IT functions: set up computers, configure Wi-Fi, troubleshoot hardware/software, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.- Maintain secure, reliable, and scalable networks.- Act as the primary IT troubleshooter for attorneys and staff.- Oversee vendor relationships for outsourced IT projects.
AI & Project Management- Lead firm-wide projects, including AI and ChatGPT implementations.- Develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful delivery.- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to support firm growth.- Collaborate with leadership on technology strategies to support national expansion.
What We're Looking For- Strong hands-on IT expertise across hardware, software, and networking.- Deep comfort with AI tools, especially ChatGPT, and an eagerness to integrate AI into operations.- Proven project management experience (certifications a plus).- A growth-oriented mindset--excited to help build the #1 plaintiff's law firm in the nation.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a professional services or law firm environment.- Familiarity with case management systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.- Demonstrated success scaling technology solutions in a growing company.
