Warper Operator (Manufacturing)

The Warper Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the warper to include loading the creel and threading the yarn. While running the warper, the operator will monitor the yarn and beam to ensure proper tension and alignment, inspect for defects, and make adjustments as needed. The operator will keep production records to include machine settings, production quantities, and any machine issues encountered. The warper operator is expected to follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. The operator needs to be capable of lifting and moving heavy materials and standing for long periods of time.
