Summary

Performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Miscellaneous copying, laminating and distributing.
  • Sales Meeting Handouts as requested.
  • Accounts Receivable/Credit Customer Accounts Receivable research.
  • Assign access cards.
  • Maintain/request maintenance of office equipment.
  • Coordinate employee/facility events including catering and meeting room set up.
  • Handle mail/shipping.
  • Update phone directory.
  • Manage flow of information throughout the day, faxes, coping, telephone, etc.
  • Schedule conference rooms.
  • Provide administrative support to Distribution Center Manager/Supervisors or Sales Managers/Supervisors as assigned.
  • Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
  • Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
  • Prepare and process donations as requested.
  • Prepare and process samplings as requested.
  • Prepare and process employee sales monthly.
  • Review and submit all vendor invoices for processing
  • Request service from M&R vendors as needed
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Monitor utility payments
  • Complete Building safety check monthly
  • Assist Payroll DCA's wiht timekeeping when needed (backup)
  • Assist with New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding. (Backup)
  • Assist RPA's with their tasks (driver paperwork/settlement/cashiering) when needed (backup)

Qualifications

  • High School/GED or Diploma required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience in automated office environment required.
  • Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint or related experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
  • Accurate data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills.
