Residential Superintendent – Phoenix, AZ (Construction)

Residential Superintendent reports to our General Manager and is responsible for leadingmultipleLabor Crews of 2-5 employees eachfor daily roofing crews.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling your teams daily labor needsDeliver and manage materials as neededManage job margins, purchase orders and overtimeManage multiple labor crews: 1 foreman and labor crewMonitor teamfor proper safety abidanceAny drivers are expected to present a clean MVR and will be provided a company vehicle and gas cardAssist team with various tasks as neededConduct all business in accordance with established policies and proceduresSupport and abide by the values of the companyOther duties as assigned?

Experience/Education Requirements

Prior roofing or job with fall protection preferredConstruction experience preferredNeed to have proper boots for most jobsites
