The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for senior HR leadership. Providing administrative, and project support related to a variety of functional HR areas including Talent, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, HRBP, and more. In this role, a high level of engagement is expected in collaborating, partnering with, and supporting all areas of HR and various areas of the business as directed, allowing for not only contributions and impact, but also learning opportunities. Coordinates a wide variety of meetings, activities, and events in support of HR priorities with a high degree of integrity.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Provides administrative support to the group including arrangement of meetings, schedules, travel, expense tracking, and other related tasks.
  • Creates and prepares PowerPoint presentations, reports, and written communications.
  • Acts as liaison with other departments.
  • Maintains department files.
  • Orders department supplies.
  • Coordinates and works on special projects.
  • Maintains a high degree of trust and confidentiality.
