Our Home Health Administrator Will:
Foster a workplace culture that reflects the core values of Heritage and OnCare HealthCompassion, Trust, Respect, Fun, and Always Learningas demonstrated through positive feedback from patients, community partners, and associates via surveys and direct input.Ensure high level of associate performance through selection, training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluation. Oversee all operational and marketing functions of the assigned home health location including patient care, staffing, communication, regulatory compliance, billing practices, budget performance, and marketing to ensure optimal performance and fiscal responsibility.Ensure the organization is providing excellent patient care as measured by patient/family feedback, CAHPS surveys, and community response/advice.Guide the organization to sustainable, ethical, and profitable growth as measured by goals for ADC, budgeting, revenue cycle integrity, and financial metrics, including value-based purchasing performance.Work to ensure meaningful and effective engagement and relationships with communities, families, and patients as measured by community utilization and feedback.Facilitate process improvement initiatives in customer relations, quality assurance, financial management, billing efficiency, and staff development as measured by QAPI program development and regulatory survey outcomes.
