Job Summary:
Provide legal and administrative support to team of 3-5 attorneys in the Americas region (U.S., Canada and Latin America) of CooperVision. Draft certain form contracts, NDAs and other commercial contracts and make recommendations with respect to same. Support Americas Legal Team with some administrative tasks, including arranging travel, expense processing, PowerPoint creation and document management. Provide additional assistance for projects for Americas Team and Global Legal, as necessary.
Support CooperVision's Americas Legal Team attorneys and internal clients on all matters handled by the CooperVision, Inc. Americas Legal Team (U.S., Canada and Latin America) as well as ad-hoc Global Legal Projects, as arising.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $66,767 and $89,023 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
