Foamer 1 (Manufacturing)
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES (Technical):
>Ensure levels and pressures of foam are correct
>Perform all checks on machines to make sure they are running properly
>Ensure all QA's are done on foam: ie., density…bag shot…cubes
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES (Physical):
>Fill programmed amounts of foam into each panel
>Loan and unload machines and panels
>Ensure “vent” and “fill holes” are drilled into panels according to specs
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITIES:
>Lengthy on-the-job training period required to understand the three computerized foaming machine operations
>Effective operation of foaming machines results in fewer partial or
total panel replacements due to incorrect amounts of fluid in the foam
