Step into Your New Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to support our Information Technology Customer Support Team.

Under supervision and working with experienced staff, the successful candidate will enhance the Customer Service experience for our internal customers who order laptops and software from our team. This will include reporting, ticket creation, and engaging directly with customers. Relaying feedback between our internal customers and the business will be critical to the success of this role.

We are seeking someone interested in an IT career. Must be available to work remotely at least 20 hours per week. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
