Consulting Director, Business Development (Director Level) (Finance)



Accountabilities

  • Proactively provide technical insights that enable innovation of services and the development of associated client offerings that provide value to HGHV and key clients.
  • Adhere to all technical aspects of PIC governance (e.g., project technical direction, delivery oversight, and technical risk management), as agreed by project-specific PICs.
  • Enhance ERM's technical reputation (at least) across own region by participating in and coordinating ERM's presence at key external technical and client events, and through publishing technical papers and articles.
  • Build sales pipelines for key and HGHV clients, including direct interactions with prospective clients for the purpose of business development through contributing technical expertise.
  • Meet personal billability targets for self (and team, if applicable) and DSC targets, and commanding a premium billing rate to the extent allowed by MSA rates for key and HGHV clients.

  • Contribution to the achievement of the relevant sales target for home BU /Region.
  • Contribution to ERM's Brand and Reputation as Innovative Thought Leader.

Freedom to act: The extent to which the job is empowered to take action / make decisions

  • The project PIC will determine the freedom to act in respect of each project
  • Partner approval is required for attendance at conferences and for time required to write articles/papers.
  • It is ERM policy that all ERM and ERM Contractor employees have the authority, without fear of reprimand or retaliation to immediately stop any work activity that presents a danger to the site team or the public.
