POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Regional Manager (ARM) directs airport operations by building and developing a strong team of front-line staff. The ARM is responsible for increasing levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement while building a culture of accountability, performance and integrity. The ARM is responsible for the P&L, achieving annual revenue and EBITDA goals as well as improving the efficiency of labor, materials, and equipment.
