CNA Restorative Aide (Healthcare)

We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Restorative Aide at Greenbriar Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical care and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

Work in conjunction with Nursing Assistants to provide restorative and rehabilitation services that maintain and improve A.D.L. skills.
Demonstrate knowledge of restorative and rehabilitation programs and resident needs.
Assist team members during the shift to ensure A.D.L. programs are carried out as outlined on the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
Collaborate with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to ensure resident potential is assessed and needs are met daily.
Ensure residents are well-groomed, clean, nourished, and supported in psychosocial needs.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment in resident care areas.
Communicate with Licensed Staff and the Director/Assistant Director of Nursing regarding resident needs and observations.
Document all pertinent resident information accurately and timely.
Attend in-services and staff meetings as required.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
