Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community and attributing to overall team goals of the community
Clean and maintain common areas including restrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, management offices, windows, models/guest suites, and amenity spaces.
Utilize various cleaning tools and solutions including but not limited to brooms, vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, bleach, wax, and ammonia
Maintain pool area by sweeping area, arranging pool furniture, and emptying trash cans
Conduct daily community walks to remove litter, debris, and pet waste?
Prepare and clean make-ready units
Report any maintenance issues to Service Manager
Adhere to all OSHA regulations, health, safety policies, and environmental laws. Promptly report any unsafe activities or incidents to the Community Manager.
Provide excellent customer service by treating all community members with respect
Ensure compliance by promptly completing all courses on the Learning Management System?
Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and consistent attendance record
Perform other duties as assigned
