Job Description:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Product Marketing Director, Information Governance

This position within our Marketing team will be dedicated to Epiq's Information Governance (IG) Services and Advisory practice. You will partner with business, sales, events, and service leaders to update, define, and refine the messaging, value proposition, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategy across all IG service lines.  In coordination with Epiq's business, sales and marketing team in addition to Epiq's partner's teams, including Microsoft sales, product and marketing teams, as appropriate, you will execute on the Information Governance marketing initiatives to drive Epiq pipeline and revenue for Epiq's Information Governance line of business on a global level.   

Skills and Experience:

  • Define marketing strategy and objectives that increase brand awareness, drive thought leadership, impact client growth, and support sales enablement.
  • Produce impactful content that aligns technical concepts to jobs-to-be-done for various uses, including collateral, web content, sales presentations, infographics, webinars, email and content marketing campaigns, and social media.
  • Develop and refine messaging frameworks, value propositions, and positioning that resonate with target personas and align with business goals.
  • Conduct and manage demand and lead generation efforts, inclusive of tracking against success metrics.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners, including Microsoft, to co-develop joint solution messaging, while continuously updating and refining materials to reflect product enhancements, product announcements and evolving value propositions.
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Establish and execute a strategy for PR, content, and awards.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Set KPIs, monitor and evaluate results, and report on ROI metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic campaigns and measurable outcomes.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in information governance and/or regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview or Data Security Partners is not required, but candidates with this experience will be prioritized.
  • Experience in marketing within the legal-tech or compliance-tech industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; able to present complex concepts to a variety of audiences through multiple channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across the business and influence decision-making.
  • Results-oriented, striving for quantifiable results that help the business succeed, with willingness to shift plans to meet and align to goals.
  • Self-motivated with excellent multitasking capabilities, strong project management and prioritization skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Creative and innovative, regularly sharing ideas and best practices, and looking for ways to improve current marketing efforts.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a dispersed team.
  • Team player comfortable working in a distributed ownership environment, adapting to specific verbal guidelines, and driving projects to completion.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SFDC.

The compensation range for this role is 160,000.00 to 175,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
