· Accountable for observing the activities throughout the property through the operation of surveillance equipment and the recording and reporting through internal or external procedures of all unusual and possibly illegal activities in these areas. · Monitor money-handling activities in all outlets by Logging all other significant events and transactions. · Responsible for daily activities in Surveillance by responding to all radio calls and telephone calls to Surveillance. · Responsible to report emergencies to local police and/or Emergency Medical Team. · Write professional reports and submit them in a timely manner. · Ensure overall efficiency, productivity and cleanliness of Surveillance area. · Communicate effectively and positively with other departments and co-workers consistently. · Must understand, utilize and adhere to radio procedures, responding immediately to requests in a positive manner with co-workers and other departments. · Follow all other pertinent policies and procedures, MICS requirements and State Regulations.
